Anxious A very pressing debt can be visible immediately. Anxiety doesn’t solve anything; it’s a sign of something that needs to be taken as a priority. Taking action on one's own is the only way.
Regreta long-term, endless debt for future capacity. The end of regret only happens when they fulfill the precious moment later on, which means it needs a specific person/achievement that is related to the triggered event.
Blame A debt might put a person in a stagnant status. Self-blame is self-torture, while blaming others is a consumption of one’s own energy. No matter who is the objective of the blame, it doesn’t work for anything but leaving long-lasting aftereffects that are hard to repair.

Irratation A debt happened soon after. Irritation is the most horrible emotion, which might lead to hatred. One will find it easy to do something harmful, for others or themselves, if they are driven by irritation.
